About the B&B

LOCATION: Camano Island, Washington 98282-8578

DESCRIPTION: Cape Cod on a bluff overlooking Port Susan Bay and the Cascade Mountains. Private bath, fireplaces. A tranquil place to relax, beachcomb, enjoy the birds, wild animals and sea life. Camano Island is in the rainshadow of outer islands, so has much less rain than Seattle. Satellite TV and Internet are available.

DIRECTIONS: Take exit 212 from I-5 (the B&B will be 14.6 miles from this exit), and go through Stanwood on Hwy 532 over the bridge. Stay on Hwy 532 to the Gateway Chamber of Commerce booth and map (10.1 miles). Turn South (left) on EAST Camano Drive, follow to Russell Road (3.1 miles). There are storage units here -- AAA Camano Storage with a time/temperature sign. Go east (left) on Russell to Barnum Road (0.4 mile). The B&B is at the end of Barnum Road. Barnum Road is a country lane that goes for about a mile. At the end of the blacktop go a few feet on the gravel and turn toward the woods. You are in the Inn's 1100 foot driveway and should see the top of the Inn down by the water. Ignore Dead End, No trespassing, and private drive signs.

The drive takes a little over an hour from Seattle or Vancouver B.C. Just drive over the bridge, no need to wait in line for expensive ferries. Click here for a printable map.
