About the Rooms

All our rooms are light and airy in summer, warm and cozy in the winter. Each room has a queen size bed, fireplace and "snuggly" down quilts. Each room also has its own bathroom. If you click on the small photos below, you can see larger versions.

A high Victorian Cherrywood bed awaits you in this nautical/seashore room decorated in blues and white. Blue Heron are also often seen on the shore.

There are stairs for you to climb into the high four poster pine bed in this room. A water view on one side, and a view to the woods on the other side. Looks out to a water view where Eagles often swoop past your window. Queen and trundle twin bed is also in this room.

Enjoy 900 square feet of private luxury. Deck, loft, fireplace, sitting area, and soaking tub, all overlooking a saltwater Bay surrounded by mountains. Loll on our platform bed in front of the fireplace, or climb to the loft for a cozy night sleep. The cupboards are stocked so you can have breakfast on your private deck at sunrise or leisurely dining at your own time later in the morning. Lose your cares as you relax in our big soaking tub. Designed for a private, quiet stay in our romantic setting, this room also lends itself to families or a few friends getting together for a retreat.

     

For guests in the Heron and Eagle Rooms, Carolin prepares a hearty breakfast each day which includes her home baked scones or rolls. You may eat in the dining room overlooking the bluff, or choose to have a Continental breakfast in your room.

Guests in the Shorebird Room will have a fully stocked cupboard ready for preparing a private breakfast at their leisure.
